The rooms have been updated more than expected and are now comparable to much fancier hotels. The location is excellent, plenty of parking and as close as you can get to the plaza without paying a whole lot more. The room was very quiet -- I think because it is an older property built when walls were much thicker than today's comparably priced hotels.
Breakfast was pretty minimal but we didn't care as we had planned to go out anyway.

I truly appreciated the clean, updated rooms and convenient access to the lovely Santa Fe plaza, making it easy for me to explore the charming area at my own pace, which is a delight for seniors like me.
A full breakfast option would be lovely.

Great location near the plaza. The room felt fresh and clean with modern updates. I appreciated the comfy king-size bed and the nice bathroom setup. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. The heated outdoor pool was well maintained, which was a nice surprise. However, the parking fee of $10 a day felt a bit steep considering the limited spots available. Also, I had to ask for extra towels as housekeeping didn't come during my stay. It would be nice if they provided more cleaning services while ensuring guests have everything they need without hassle.

The location of El Sendero Inn made it easy to walk to downtown Santa Fe, making it convenient for work commitments while enjoying the local atmosphere. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable bedding, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel had ample USB ports for devices, which is a plus for any business traveler. Check-in was straightforward, and the hotel has a relaxing pool area for downtime after meetings.
Parking fees were not initially disclosed, which was disappointing.

The room was super comfy! The bed was amazing and made for a great night's sleep. I liked that there were plenty of USB ports for charging my devices. The only downside was that the shower was really slick, and the soap dispensers were hard to squeeze.

missingWrote a review on Oct 19scrambled eggsfriendly staffperfect locationsteamy bathroommissing hardware
Oh man, the scrambled eggs at Cafe Pasqual's were a heavenly revelation—rich, fluffy, and adorned with fresh local ingredients, crafted with a sprinkle of that Santa Fe magic! Plus, the location can't be beat, just a hop to the Plaza for all the culinary delights. The staff here were super friendly, turning any minor hiccup into a minor laugh instead—like those lovely flat sheets they provided to fix a little bedding snafu.
But let’s chat about the bathroom situation—it’s a steam room in there! Seriously, the walls bubble up while you shower, and I had to crack a window just to breathe. And those drawers in the vanity? It's like the hardware was lost in transmission—such a tease!

The location couldn’t be better for exploring local art shows and hitting up nearby casinos. Beds were super comfortable and the staff were all friendly. parking was reasonable and worth it for the convenience during our stay.
Only downside was that it felt a bit strange when housekeeping entered our room even with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Not a big deal but it did catch us off guard.
